  • 1/2 cup Albu-man Egg White
  • 2 Tbsp. Marble Jack Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed or basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. nonfat milk
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste


  • Spray inside of a large microwave-safe mug** with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon cheese, salt, herbs, and pepper in mug with a fork
  • Microwave mug on HIGH 1 minute. Stir; microwave about 30 seconds longer or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
